training and education, policies for managing incidents and counselling provision

Critical Incident and Post Trauma Support
Our service takes into account both the particular characteristics of the organisation
and the individual needs of the employees in the aftermath of a traumatic event.
Our perspective stresses the individual nature of the response to a traumatic
event and avoids a directive approach that might be experienced as invasive
and undermining of the individual's natural resources for recovery.
