CLINICAL MANAGER, Halifax, £35,000 +

Oakdale provides a primary care psychological therapies service to Calderdale PCT using the Stepped Care approach.  Working in partnership, the PCT and Oakdale seek to provide increased access to psychological therapies for the population of Calderdale.

The Role

• Reporting to the Operations Manager
• Meet quality and service level agreements
• Responsible for managing the performance of the practitioners and administrative support staff delivering the service
• Developing the competencies of team members
• Developing and improving the delivery model
• Promote continuous improvement for the service

The Candidate

• Experience in managing a clinical team
• Able to capture, present and interpret measures which reflect the performance of the team
• Outcomes oriented leader, capable of motivating the team
• Experience of customer focussed working
• Well developed knowledge of psychological therapies
• Capable of working strategically, planning and prioritising the deployment of resources
